Our Partner is a growing telecommunication infrastructure service provider seeking to hire a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales and account management, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Reports to the CEO
Location: Lagos (Mainland)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Pay: Up to ₦600,000.00 per month
