Job Overview:
The Business Development Officer (BDO) will support the Business Development Manager (BDM) by recruiting students for international educational institutions under the Platinum, Titanium, and Gold (PTG) model. This role involves market research, lead generation, and converting leads into registered students. This position is Commission-based with additional incentives (As per outlined in Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential students interested in studying abroad in specified markets (Australia, UK, Canada, USA, etc.).
Student Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and vetting students for partner and non-partner educational institutions.
Consultancy: Provide excellent customer service, and knowledgeable, honest guidance on sending countries and panel/ off-panel institutions.
Target Achievement: Meet individual monthly registration targets as set by the BDM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the BDM and other team members to ensure smooth processes in student recruitment and onboarding.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on market trends and opportunities in the education sector within Nigeria and Ghana.
Communication: Effectively communicate with potential students, providing them with detailed information about available study options.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report performance metrics and recruitment data to the BDM.
