Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: 400k-500k
Our Client in the logistics and Real Estate Industry is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced National Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee our sales and marketing initiatives across various locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales across all subsidiaries, particularly in transport and real estate.
- Oversee and coordinate digital marketing efforts to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure a cohesive and innovative marketing approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics, transport, or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.
- Innovative, creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Increased visibility of the brand and its subsidiaries.
- Enhanced sales performance in transport and real estate sectors.
