Job title : Payroll Specialist

Location: Lagos,Nigeria
Salary : 23.5m-30m NGN per annum
What we are looking for :
We're looking for a Payroll Specialist who will take full ownership of our employee payroll cycle, ensuring it's full compliance with all the statutory requirements in multiple countries across Africa and Europe. This position will report into the Financial Controller and will be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Non-negotiables:
1. 5+ years of payroll management experience.
2. Strong knowledge of local payroll laws, regulations & tax rules in Africa and Europe.
3. Familiarity with equity compensation programs, e.g. Restricted Stock Units.
