Role: PR and Communications Specialist
Area(s) of Concentration: Brand Communications & PR
Objective: To enhance the brand's public image and manage communication strategies that promote and protect the company's reputation.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure PR effectiveness.
- Coordinate events, press conferences, and other public engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PR and communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media and influencers.
- Experience with crisis management and communication.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on other tasks assigned on project basis
Performance indicators
- Media coverage volume, SOV and brand sentiment.
- Growth in brand mentions and PR placements.
- Engagement and reach of PR campaigns.
- Relationship management metrics
- Improvement in brand perception and awareness.
- Effectiveness of crisis communication strategies.
