Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Areas(s) of Concentration: PPC Ads, Performance Marketing, Digital Channels & Community Management
Objective: To drive online customer acquisition and engagement through effective digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ads and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on other tasks assigned on project basis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Performance indicators
- ROI of digital marketing campaigns.
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Conversion rates from digital channels.
- Online traffic and engagement metrics.
- Performance of SEO and PPC campaigns.
