The Role:
We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic marketing efforts for Squareme and Fund R. This is a high-impact role where you'll define and execute marketing strategies that fuel product adoption, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for both Squareme and Fund R, focused on driving growth and user engagement.
- Lead product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and sales teams for seamless execution.
- Own and optimize paid marketing efforts across Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and other key platforms to scale user acquisition and engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CAC, LTV, etc.) to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Create compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audiences, driving brand visibility and customer engagement across social media, blogs, and more.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand key features, value propositions, and target markets, and then translate those insights into effective marketing campaigns.
- Oversee SEO optimization efforts to enhance online visibility and drive organic growth.
- Act as a marketing thought leader, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and areas for competitive advantage.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product development, customer support, and sales to ensure a unified brand voice and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing roles, ideally within fintech or tech startups.
• Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Expertise in paid advertising across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Snapchat, Tik Tok) and a solid understanding of SEO.
• Strong understanding of fintech landscapes, payment platforms, or B2B/B2C financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to shape marketing strategies and optimize performance.
• Experience in growth marketing techniques and scaling new product features from launch to widespread adoption.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work cross-functionally and lead marketing initiatives.
• A creative mindset that thrives on innovative approaches to content and engagement.
