Regional Sales Manager, Southeast

The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute product and provide service.
Additionally, the regional sales manager manages a sales team in the specified area.
Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
Create sales goals for each store and communicate them to store management
Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Store Managers to adjust inventory appropriately
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
Maximising sales and profitability
Providing store sales team with a stimulating and supportive environment
Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
Driving team performance
Serve as the point of contact with vendors, distributors and brokers in your region
REQUIREMENTS:
Management, customer service, salesmanship, people management, communication skills, time management, presentation skills, computer proefficiency, data analysis.
Candidates must have experience in a beauty or health sector.
