Job Description:


As a Sales and Marketing Manager, You are required to hire your team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. You'll leverage your expertise to identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide unparalleled customer service, contributing to our continued growth and success.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.


Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or related roles.

• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with confidence and business acumen.

• Preferred residency in Ajah or nearby areas.
