Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and driven Mid-Level Technical Sales Professional with over five years of experience in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and a deep understanding of chemical products and their applications. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical support, and driving sales growth.

Experience Level: Mid-level

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the chemical industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate chemical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients. Provide feedback on market conditions and product performance.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Over five years of sales experience in the chemical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical products and applications.
- Proven track-record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as required.
