About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, build scalable data pipelines, and develop data-driven solutions that support key business decisions.
Your primary focus will be on integrating, analyzing, and visualizing data across cloud platforms, driving impactful insights through advanced analytics.

Duties and responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain solutions within our Microsoft Azure cloud-based data

Utilize Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.

Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure the reports and insights meet their needs.
- Participate in continuous process redesign to build a high-performing culture

Work with Azure Data Factory to design and implement robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Automate data integration workflows from various sources to create centralized data repositories. Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.

Leverage Azure Databricks to process large datasets, perform data transformations, and execute machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business use cases.
Qualifications
- Perform data validation and troubleshooting to resolve data quality issues
- Knowing Finance terminology and operations

5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, and reporting, with a focus on Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks

Proven experience in designing and developing ETL processes in Azure Data Factory is desirable

Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visualizations

Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, and Spark for large-scale data processing

Expertise in cloud data platforms, especially Azure

Strong data visualization and reporting skills using Power BI

Familiarity with machine learning and AI workflows in Databricks is an advantage.
- Experience in using C# as a programming language is an advantage

Ability to work with complex data sets, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
