About the position
Our headquarters in Egersund are seeking motivated and engaged colleagues to join the Technical Support team.
Technical support personnel troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications among other duties. You are also expected to be a good spokesperson for the company’s service and product portfolio.

Duties and responsibilities
- Respond to tickets raised by customers via ticket system and phone calls
- Troubleshoot network, server and software issues
- Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved
- Setup products and services to activate and secure successful handovers from sales
- Work closely with the Technical Support team in other locations worldwide
- Take part in customer & technical support on weekend duty service on a rotational basis
- Reporting to Technical Support Manager, Egersund
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in technical support
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Windows client operating system, network, and server
- Experience with remote software installations and technical support including troubleshooting
- Flexibility to work with clients and team members across multiple geographies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
