• Respond to tickets raised by customers via ticket system and phone calls
•  Troubleshoot network, server and software issues
•  Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved
•  Setup products and services to activate and secure successful handovers from sales
•  Work closely with the Technical Support team in other locations worldwide
•  Take part in customer & technical support on weekend duty service on a rotational basis
•  Reporting to Technical Support Manager, Egersund

• Previous work experience in technical support
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Windows client operating system, network, and server
• Experience with remote software installations and technical support including troubleshooting
• Flexibility to work with clients and team members across multiple geographies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Is interested in new technologies, as well as in shipping and navigation
• Is proactive, hands-on, and independent in their work
• Has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Has excellent technical and user experience abilities
• Are comfortable with agile working
