Our Study Management Department in Stavanger is now looking for a Task Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible to lead team who will deliver engineering input
- Ensure that the Work/Project is performed in accordance with the project execution model and in accordance with schedule
- Ensure that the Work/Project is performed focused on HSSE, quality and improvements aspects within the budgets
- Focus on financial results for Client and own Company
- Ensure focus on functional design solutions with respect to overall system functionality and operability, HSSE aspects and constructability & cost reduction
- Ensure that milestone reviews are performed for critical milestones with focus on Execution
- Implement corrective actions as necessary and agreed.
We think you should have:
- A MASTER OR BACHELOR DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 5-10 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- KNOWLEDGE OF RELEVANT LEGISLATION AND STANDARDS
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS WRITTEN/SPOKEN IN BOTH NORWEGIAN AND ENGLISH
- STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- CUSTOMER MINDSET AND BROAD EXPERIENCE WITHIN PROJECT LEADERSHIP
- STRONG WORK ETHICS AND A PROACTIVE ATTITUDE
- A COMMERCIAL MINDSET AND THE ABILITY TO WORK BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM
- CULTURAL AWARENESS AND DIVERSITY MINDSET
- THE ABILITY TO SEE SOLUTIONS TOGETHER WHILST MEETING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- THE COMPETENCY TO BE ACCURATE, FLEXIBLE AND ORGANIZED
