Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, financial performance, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
- Conduct regular account reviews and participate in strategic planning sessions.
- Previous experience in the GCC region will be preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- MBA Finance / CA Inter.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and present findings effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
