Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for secretarial tasks, and the ability to think outside the box to support our operations effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, facilitating communication, and contributing to innovative solutions within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secretarial Support:
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executives and team members.
- Prepare and organise meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Ensure a professional and organized office environment.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects and events, including logistics and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
- Address challenges proactively and think creatively to overcome obstacles.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and organize confidential documents and files, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist with data entry and reporting as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to think critically and creatively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
