Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Consistently delivering professional customer service.
- Providing accurate quotations to customers.
- Allocating bookings to drivers based on time frames and driver locations.
- Handling customer complaints efficiently.
- Addressing queries from customers, drivers, and dispatch.
- Experience with AUTOCAB Preferred
- Professional telephone demeanor.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong planning and written communication abilities.
- Ability to interact with various levels of personnel.
- Capability to plan ahead and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible work ethic with a courteous manner.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

- Rs. 90,000.00 - Rs. 100,000.00 per month, plus overtime.
