Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Creative Executive with a focus on Graphic Design and Video Editing to join our dynamic and innovative team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating content, from concept to execution, across a wide range of mediums including print, digital, and video. Your creative flair and technical expertise will help bring our clients' visions to life through stunning visuals and compelling video content.
Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, social media, events, websites, and more.
• Create logos, brochures, banners, posters, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events team to create on-brand, impactful graphics.
• Conceptualize and execute creative designs for unique event activations.
• Video Editing:
• Edit high-quality videos for events, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
• Work with footage, motion graphics, animations, and sound design to craft engaging videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create video concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video content while maintaining high production standards.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts and ideas for campaigns and events.
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless integration of visuals into broader event strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an event management, marketing, or media industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering creative excellence.
• Experience with motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, or photography is a plus.
