Deputy Manager (Security) - Female

Gender : Female
Age : 35 years (relaxation in deserving cases)
Graduate from HEC recognized University or equivalent qualification of Army,
Airport Security Force (ASF), Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), Rangers & Police.
Professional Experience : Minimum 04-05 years’ experience in Army, Airport Security Force (ASF), Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), Rangers and Police service (rank not less than Inspector).
Further, candidates having at least 5 years of relevant Security Surveillance
experience in Civil Departments would be preferred.
Other Requirements : Minimum height 5'2”
Medical Cat ‘A’. Must be medically & physically fit.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- To manage security internal and external affairs of SPL, including safety and security surveillance functions etc.
- To check the lady searcher on the place of their duties and prepare duty rosters.
- To supervise the entry / exist at main gate specially related to female staff.
- Perform security checks including searches of individual’s female staff when required, while maintaining respect and professionalism.
- To prevent unauthorized access and manage a secure environment for female staff.
- To check all the duty book/register maintained by lady searcher.
- To comply / fulfil all given targets as per KRA’s (Quality and / or Environment Objectives Targets)
- Any other work assigned by the Head of Department.
- Team player and with interpersonal skills along with focus on target delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and innovative with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Words, power point, excel).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- in Military would be prefered: 4 years (Required)
