Position Title: Ecommerce -Operations Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a basic to preferably good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces like (Amazon, e Bay, Walmart etc.) and their operations. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the best results for our clients.
Technical Skills:
Moderate/ Optional understanding of E-commerce.
Reporting and Analysis:
Create detailed and insightful reports using doc, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Exhibit leadership skills by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives forward.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
• Basic to preferably good knowledge and exposure to e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon and e Bay.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
