Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
- Assess patients' medical conditions, monitor vital signs, and document observations accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including doctors, therapists, and family members, to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, disease prevention, and medication instructions.
- Monitor and manage medical equipment, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and comfortable environment.
- Report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals promptly.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/certification from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- Proven experience as a Home Nurse or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to accurately assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate care.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying work environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
