Your mission

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management. Your guidance will empower the company’s leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization’s long-term goals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial plans that support the company’s growth and profitability. Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on opportunities will be integral parts of your responsibilities.

1) Oversee and manage the company's accounting operations in alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in consultation with Head of Finance.
2) Review and analyze financial performance across the entities on a regular basis, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual intervals, to verify accuracy and identify trends or anomalies.
3) Collaborate closely with Head of Finance to prepare for Quarterly Board and Audit Committee meetings, providing insights and recommendations regarding financial matters and facilitating approval processes for accounts and special resolutions.
4) Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, continually assessing their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed to maintain compliance and optimize efficiency in consultation with Head of Finance.
5) Facilitate communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and affiliated companies, to ensure seamless consolidation and reporting processes across the group.
6) Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and local corporate regulations, staying abreast of changes in legislation or industry standards that may impact financial operations.
7) Offer strategic financial insights and recommendations to Head of Finance through comprehensive analysis, including horizontal and vertical analysis, benchmarking against industry standards, and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
9) Assist the Head of Finance in the forecasting and budgeting process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets that align with strategic objectives and support informed decision-making.

Your profile

CA inter or ACCA with 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting & reporting
Prior experience with start ups or working with foreign entities would be a plus.
