Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who has a strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics. As a key member of our creative team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, websites, print materials, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in both digital and print design, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing designs that communicate the message effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:
• Design visual content for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and ads, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
• Create visually compelling graphics for print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and packaging.
• Conceptualize and produce innovative designs for branding projects, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Branding and Identity:
• Assist in developing brand identities and ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
• Design branding materials such as logos, color palettes, typography, and visual styles for client projects.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative director, marketing team, and clients to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs meet project goals and client expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Digital Content Creation:
• Create and edit visual content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube, including posts, stories, and video thumbnails.
• Design website graphics, landing pages, and promotional material for online advertising campaigns.
• Print Design:
• Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring color accuracy, layout precision, and print-ready files.
• Oversee production specifications for printed materials, working with external vendors when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, from digital to print.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects) and other design software.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design principles, UI/UX, and content management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Design Expertise:
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visually stunning designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
