We are now expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our high-rise project sales operations in Islamabad.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, particularly focusing on high-rise residential and commercial projects in Islamabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, ensuring targets are met, and driving overall business growth. This is a key leadership position requiring strong market knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successful real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and maximize sales performance.
- Develop motivational programs, set team goals, and monitor progress toward achieving sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement sales strategies and processes for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Design sales plans, pricing strategies, and incentive programs to boost performance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors, acting as the primary point of contact for high-end property buyers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and advisory services, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships to enhance the company's portfolio.
- Sales Process Oversight:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring smooth and efficient sales cycles.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans to ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and present sales performance to senior management regularly.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on the real estate market, particularly high-rise developments, pricing trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes in Islamabad.
- Use market data to advise clients on property values, project viability, investment opportunities, and legal considerations.
- Provide insights and suggestions for future property investments and project developments based on market research.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.
- Provide input on promotional campaigns, branding, and lead generation initiatives to ensure that they support sales growth.
- Assist in organizing sales events, property tours, and client meetings to promote high-rise projects.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications in the CRM system.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role, focusing on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, particularly in the Islamabad property market.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of Islamabad’s real estate market, especially high-rise developments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), and sales reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
