We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Islamabad to drive sales for our premium real estate projects.
Position Overview:
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting real estate investment opportunities, and generating sales leads over the phone. You will need to build strong client relationships, follow up on inquiries, and close deals. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, confident in their sales approach, and has a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and present investment opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information and addressing clients’ questions about the properties.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Identify potential clients through lead generation strategies, follow up with leads, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Sales Pitch & Presentations:
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of investing in specific real estate projects.
  • Offer detailed project insights, including location advantages, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits for clients when necessary.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, project developments, and industry news to provide clients with accurate information and expert advice.
  • Understand competitors’ offerings to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Ensure that all client interactions and sales activities are properly documented in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, lead status, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales & Communication Skills:
  • Strong phone communication and negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in delivering sales pitches and closing deals.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property sales, and investment strategies (a plus).
  • Knowledge of Islamabad’s real estate market is an advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
