Position Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our real estate high-rise project sales in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging clients, presenting properties, and closing deals in a fast-paced, competitive market. You will be a key player in driving the sales of our high-rise residential and commercial properties, providing excellent client advisory services, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels including phone, email, in-person meetings, and property viewings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their real estate needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Present and sell high-rise residential and commercial projects, effectively communicating property features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and client demand.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, and legal requirements related to high-rise real estate transactions.
- Property Presentations and Site Visits:
- Organize and conduct property tours, both virtual and in-person, for potential buyers and investors.
- Showcase project features and amenities, ensuring clients understand the unique benefits of high-rise living and investment opportunities.
- Sales Process Management:
- Handle the full sales cycle, from initial client inquiry to closing the deal, including contract negotiations, payment schedules, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure all required paperwork and legal documentation is accurately completed and processed.
- Team Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and generate qualified leads.
- Regularly report to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is present).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Experience working in the Islamabad real estate market is a plus.
- Strong network of clients and investors within the local property market is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of Islamabad’s property market, especially regarding high-rise developments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM systems.
