- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all operational regions (Pakistan, Dubai, and Canada).
- Administer and manage employee-related services such as payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Supervise HR specialists and support staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Manage recruitment processes, including hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Handle employee performance reviews and implement effective performance management systems.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and handle disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Develop HR policies that align with the company’s goals and local regulations.
- File VAT, income taxes, and other regulatory filings in Pakistan, Dubai, and Canada.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of employee tax information and company payroll tax obligations.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and HR best practices to ensure full compliance across all jurisdictions.
