Job Descriptions:
· Strong liaison with Operations department regarding data collection.
· Gather attendance from Operations department on daily basis, compile and share with Head Office HR.
· Raising query for new staff based on departmental need.
· Maintain leave records of employees, conduct exit interviews and complete all the formalities as required.
· Issuance of all types of letters (e.g Showcase, Warnings) as per the requirement of concerned HOD.
· Collection of hiring documents as per provided checklist and share with Head Office as well.
· Validation of Jazz Cash accounts of Security Guards at the time of joining.
· SOPs implementation where and when required.
· Will be reporting both HR & Operations departments.
· Maintain employee personal files.
