HR Operations Assistant

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Operations Assistant to support daily HR activities and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage daily attendance records and address attendance-related queries
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and leave data
- Coordinate HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policies
- Help organize HR events and training sessions
- Provide general support to the HR team
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Location: Lahore DHA Phase 6
Shift Timing: 10 AM To 7 PM
Experience: Fresh to 1 Year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
