Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and support technical migration and automation projects for Mobiz.
Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business processes of some largest global multinational companies, gather requirements, and drive the successful implementation of migration and automation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges related to technical migration and automation projects.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Gather and document detailed requirements, specifications, and user stories for migration and automation projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the potential benefits, risks, and costs associated with migration and automation initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas where existing systems and processes fall short and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate functionality, and ensure successful implementation of migration and automation projects.
• Provide post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to technical migration and automation.
• Track, perform detailed analyses and summaries of results, interpreting and communicating results and recommendations to brand/business stakeholders with limited availability.
• Drives strategic and innovative approaches, giving a voice to the end user and/or customer.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure plan test schedules or strategies are in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on technical migration and automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience working with global clients across Europe, APAC and GCC with understanding of specific requirements and regulatory environments.
• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), is highly desirable.

• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
