Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile IT Support who is also a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Under a supervision of our IT specialist, you equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the tech industry. This unique role combines technical expertise with creative flair, allowing you to contribute to both our IT infrastructure and visual branding.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support Specialist:
- Provide technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and manage company networks and systems.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and maintenance.
- Document support processes and maintain an IT knowledge base.
- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including web, social media, and print.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop design concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance creative output.
- Proven experience in IT support (preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
