Manager Workshop

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control and organize the planned daily preventative/corrective maintenance of the fleet and related equipment to maximize availability, economic life and ensure safety of the fleet.
- Oversee all repairs in the workshop and all emergencies on route to ensure conformity to manufacture's specifications and standard repair times thereby resulting no penalties.
- Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
- Act as a technical adviser for critical maintenance jobs and supervise all workshop activities for optimum performance of workforce.
- Plan and adjust the workload of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
- To liaise with the supply chain department to ensure availability of parts to minimize delays with vehicle repairs.
- Promote professional attitude and health and safety culture within the workshop.
- Provide feedback of staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure that they are included in performance improvement plan.
- Communicate with external repair agencies and manage special repair jobs to be done by external sources.
- Automotive/Mechanical
- 16 years of education.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills.
Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
