Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Ltd., a pioneer in the Pakistani transport industry, is seeking experienced individual for the position of Manager Workshop in Waste Management Division in Head Office Lahore. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control and organize the planned daily preventative/corrective maintenance of the fleet and related equipment to maximize availability, economic life and ensure safety of the fleet.
• Oversee all repairs in the workshop and all emergencies on route to ensure conformity to manufacture's specifications and standard repair times thereby resulting no penalties.
• Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
• Act as a technical adviser for critical maintenance jobs and supervise all workshop activities for optimum performance of workforce.
• Plan and adjust the workload of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
• To liaise with the supply chain department to ensure availability of parts to minimize delays with vehicle repairs.
• Promote professional attitude and health and safety culture within the workshop.
• Provide feedback of staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure that they are included in performance improvement plan.
• Communicate with external repair agencies and manage special repair jobs to be done by external sources.

REQUIRED SPECIALIZATION

• Automotive/Mechanical
• 16 years of education.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
