The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Academics at our IT Training Institute will support the academic team in delivering high-quality training programs. The role focuses on curriculum development, instructional design, student engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Assist in the design and updating of IT training programs and course materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop instructional strategies that enhance student learning.
• Student Support and Engagement:
• Facilitate student orientation and onboarding processes.
• Provide academic advising and support to students throughout their training programs.
• Monitor student progress and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Instructional Delivery:
• Support faculty in delivering engaging and effective instructional sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources for classes.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Help in the development and administration of assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.
• Analyze student performance data to improve instructional strategies and curricula.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and feedback.
• Assist with the organization of academic events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Research and Development:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT education and training methodologies.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in teaching, training, or academic administration is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
