Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Assist in the design and updating of IT training programs and course materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop instructional strategies that enhance student learning.
- Student Support and Engagement:
- Facilitate student orientation and onboarding processes.
- Provide academic advising and support to students throughout their training programs.
- Monitor student progress and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Instructional Delivery:
- Support faculty in delivering engaging and effective instructional sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources for classes.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Help in the development and administration of assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.
- Analyze student performance data to improve instructional strategies and curricula.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and feedback.
- Assist with the organization of academic events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Research and Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT education and training methodologies.
- Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in teaching, training, or academic administration is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
