Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure that the administrative problems are immediately attended as per laid down SOPs from Operations department and with due priority.
- Responsible to maintain hospital vehicles, electrical installations and electrical and gas equipment, heating and cooling systems, computer and accessories, audio and visual equipment all lab equipment other operational works.
- Provide transport to hospital staff and management staff according to their day-to-day requirements.
- Prepare the budget, in consultation with the COO.
- Responsible for any construction work.
- Ensure, with the assistance of the Vehicle Inspector that the vehicles are in proper running condition and that necessary repairs etc are carried out in time.
- Timely submission of all utility bills and other payments related to hospital.
- In event of any breakdown of administrative nature work (water, electricity, vehicle etc), remedial action is immediately initiated.
- Control and regulate the duties of admin and maintenance staff.
- Ensure that the meals prepared in cafeteria is hygienic and of good standard and overall performance of Cafeteria contractor is as per service contract and the rates are according to agreed/approved rate list.
- Keep liaisons with the agencies providing services (Police, IESCO, Gas companies, etc)
