Position Overview:
The ideal resource must be expert in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In. You will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI through effective paid media strategies.

Job Summary:
Position Overview:
The ideal resource must be expert in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In. You will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI through effective paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Optimization & Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget while achieving desired results.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid marketing.
- Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive ROAS and other key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
