Position: Procurement Officer
Location: Hattar Industrial Estate, Hattar, Haripur, KPK
Salary: Between Rs. 45,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-, depending on skills & experience
Travelling: This position may require extensive travelling to and from markets, vendors/suppliers, and to receive items ordered. Candidate having knowledge about local markets & vendors, and personal motorcycle will have added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in production industry, and good command of using Excel
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Cultivate and go along with the relationship with vendors/suppliers positively.
- Manage records of purchases, prices, and other relevant information.
- Review and analyze all vendors, suppliers, supply options, and prices
- Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that products and supplies meet high-quality standards
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers, including their qualifications, delivery times, and potential for future development
- Collaborate with team members and the line manager to complete tasks as needed
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
