Job Purpose and Expectations:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of software development projects. Your role involves managing resources, overseeing multiple projects, and minimizing risks. You will ensure clear communication, and quality delivery, and help drive the organization's success.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in software development ( MERN and AWS ).
• 1+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proficient in tools like Jira, and Asana.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

• Planned and managed software development projects from start to finish.
• Work with teams like designers, developers, and sales.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and clients.
• Lead daily meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Identify and address project risks and issues.
• Manage resources and assign tasks effectively.
• Promote a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Improve project management processes continuously.
