Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team at Tapmad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment, coordinating content calendaring, booking boardrooms, and assisting with various inquiries. The Receptionist will also be the first point of contact for candidates arriving for interviews, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the respective departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
2. Content Calendaring:
Coordinate and manage the Tapmad content calendar.
Work closely with the Tapmad team to ensure timely updates and communication regarding content schedules.
3. Boardroom Booking:
Manage the booking of boardrooms for meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of meetings and events.
4. Candidate and Visitor Coordination:
Notify respective departments when candidates arrive for interviews.
Provide directions and assist visitors with any inquiries or requests.
Ensure all visitors sign in and follow Tapmad's visitor protocol.
Job Requirements:
Education: o Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
o Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Professional appearance and attitude.

o Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
o Punctual, reliable, and proactive.
