Job Title: Research Manager
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
The role requires supporting clients with political and public opinion polling, social policy, stakeholder management, and sustainable development. Their work impacts how brands, markets, and policies evolve based on societal trends and government policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage client relationships while expanding the portfolio.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research projects, from design to reporting.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and team performance.
• Inspire and coach junior team members.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Research, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in:
• Client relationship management
• Business development
• Project management
• People management
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s political and social landscape.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in business English.
• Strong MS Office skills.
