We are looking for a candidate for our Night Shift Operation (5 pm to 2 am). Candidate Should be comfortable with night shift. Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• · B2B sales experience in Trucking/Transportation/brokerage company is an asset.
• · Call Centre experience is preferable.
• · Extremely self-motivated and honest with leading qualities.
• · Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• · High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• · Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• · Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects.
• · Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• · Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships.
• · Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• · Develops and maintains business relationships by calling on provided leads as well as generate your own in an assigned territory.
• · Analyze resource utilization and generate reports as needed.
• · To perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
• · Provides detailed sales call reports.
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organisation.
• · Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives.
• · Identify new markets and business opportunities to grow customer base
