Position Summary:
We are looking for a Tracing and Tracking Coordinator to manage and monitor the movement of freight shipments from our Pakistan office during the night shift. The role involves tracking shipments in real-time, addressing any issues that may arise, and providing constant updates to both customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will need strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in North America.
Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor freight shipments moving across Canada and the US.
Provide real-time status updates to customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Communicate delays, route changes, or disruptions and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate tracking information in the company’s database and on MS Excel.
Coordinate with carriers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Generate tracking reports for internal and client use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service roles is a Plus
Excellent Tying Skills
Excellent communication skills
Good Command on Excel
Ability to work night shifts and manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software tools.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
