Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets and goals. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote Sardar's Mall properties effectively. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Handle complex client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are managed efficiently.
- Team Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market analysis for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of [5] years of experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid real estate sales license (if required in the jurisdiction).
