We are shortlisting candidates for Call Sales Representative in Karachi Pakistan. We are a local company working in training and development industry working with cooperate companies like Arif Habib Group in our client list.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Syed Muhammad Ahmad SMC Private Limited in Karachi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for new leads generation, market research, communication, and developing strategies to attract potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide information about services and promotions.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
