HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for an Engineering Manager for one of its clients in the manufacturing industry in Faisalabad.
Job Title:Site Manager
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Salary: 300,000 - 400,000 PKR per month + benefits
The Site Manager will be responsible to manage high-hazard, multi-business unit operations at a manufacturing site in Faisalabad. The role involves overseeing engineering, HSE, logistics, and production planning to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive experience in manufacturing, and a proven track record in operational excellence and safety management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the site’s manufacturing operations across multiple business units (Decorative Paints and Performance Coatings) to meet production goals, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) strategy in alignment with business objectives and corporate targets in HSE, sustainability, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Oversee plant modifications, engineering, and project management activities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project completion.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing continuous improvement programs and adopting industry best practices for production and logistics.
• Ensure full implementation of HSE policies, engineering standards, and PSM (Process Safety Management) systems across the site.
• Manage the site’s operations budget and significant capital expenditures, ensuring cost control and ROI optimization.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., EPA, labor departments) to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee warehousing and logistics operations to ensure that KPIs related to inventory management, transportation, and storage are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop the site team, fostering an engaged workforce capable of achieving operational objectives.
• Contribute to the company’s overall management as part of the Executive Team, driving strategy development and policy implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or a related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in engineering, production, or HSE.
• Proven experience in managing operations in a batch-processing environment, preferably with exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Solid knowledge of logistics, budget management, and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and handling high-hazard processes, including the storage and use of flammable and hazardous materials.
