As a Software Support Engineer you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are satisfied and our team performance is up to the standards defined by the company policies.
Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Job responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive software support, including monitoring, maintenance, and data analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
· Oversee the execution and commissioning of system-related projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
· Assist customers with software-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
· Conduct training sessions for customers (all DISCOs), to enhance their understanding and use of the software.
· Offer system support and assistance to Metering and Testing (M&T) teams across Pakistan, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed for success.
Requirement:
· Bachelor's in computer science (BSCS) or related field (Fresh graduates may also apply).
· Familiarity with computer operations.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Excellent communication skills (Both verbal & Written)
Salary Range: 50-60k
