- Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, including stitch types, colors, and materials.
- Sample Production: Collaborate with the production team to create samples, ensuring quality and accuracy of designs.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on embroidery trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating new ideas into your work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, product developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product lines.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand design needs and provide creative solutions.
- Quality Control: Review finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, embroidery software) to create and modify designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an embroidery designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing embroidery design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly embroidery-specific programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Textile Industry: 1 year (Required)
