RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and ensures timely preparation and submission of all accounting documents and payments release
• Oversee and keeps accurate and complete records/files of all accounting documents
• Oversee and ensures that the student accounts are accurate and updated
• Oversee and ensures strict adherence to policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining to collections and accounts receivable
• Ensures adherence to Finance policies and procedures
• Oversee and ensures timely payments and up-to-date submission of LGU requirements
• Oversee and observes timely preparation and submission of mandated reports from school accounting group
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned

CREDENTIALS

• Candidate must be an accounting graduate or other related course
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles and proven reconciliation skills
• Professional qualification as a CPA a plus
• Good in written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
