Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial management. This role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closing of books.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and collections.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
