Job Title: Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager
Location: Cebu, Philippines (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager to lead our AR/AP team and ensure the efficient processing of receivables and payables. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong leadership capabilities, responsible for managing the end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Review, approve, and manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue payments, and implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate AR/AP records and ensure the timely preparation of financial reports for management review.
Develop and enforce AR/AP policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
Manage relationships with vendors and customers, resolving any billing or payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and finance, to support business operations and improve processes.
Prepare and present regular reports on AR/AP performance, cash flow, and aging of receivables/payables to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the AR/AP team, providing performance feedback and training to support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
