ESH Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ESH Supervisor to lead Environment, Safety, and Health initiatives. This role, based in Bataan, Philippines, involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily operations comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and internal quality policies.
  • Report to top management on the effectiveness of the QESH management system and recommend enhancements.
  • Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and environmental impact evaluations.
  • Ensure qualified personnel manage and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date QESH documentation.
  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and implement ESH policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the ESH Committee and Emergency Response Team.
  • Promote ESH awareness and safety culture across the organization.
  • Minimize waste generation and manage waste disposal in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain records of accidents, incidents, illnesses, and environmental data.
  • Provide regular reports to Corporate and Asia Operations Safety teams.
  • Integrate ESH initiatives into the Quality Management System.
  • Review and recommend improvements for projects, layouts, and processes to meet EHS requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations.
  • Oversee functionality and maintenance of high-risk equipment.
  • Act as the designated Safety Officer Level 4 in compliance with OSH law.
  • Define objectives for production teams, organize regular meetings, and assess performance.
  • Communicate global safety information to staff and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor Annual Physical Examination findings and assist with related medical programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) standards.
  • Promote company values and culture.
  • Perform other duties within competence as required by superiors.
Job Specifications:
  • Minimum Requirement: Completed College Education.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESH within a manufacturing environment.
  • Desirable: Licensed Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer; knowledge of Integrated Management Systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
