JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Bachelor's degree holder
*At least 5 years of working experience as Site Administrator in a BPO set up
*At least 1 years of experience as a Supervisor.
*Amenable to work on site
*Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Collaborate with many departments and assist the Operations team in running the projects smoothly by completing given duties.
*Prepares papers at each stage of the project's timeline and assesses the quality of construction activity to provide reports.
*Monitor adherence to operational and safety rules.
*Conduct performance reviews for administrative staff, provide comments, and suggest areas for improvement.
*Other task as assigned
